Groups - DONE! (again)

Am so proud of you lot already - the groups are sorted without ANY hysteria or fall-outs.. think it took 5mins in all (if that) which must be something of an ECS record..

Fabulous!  Here we go:

We'll see how well the groups work this week, when we start shooting our Prelim vids in Wednesday's lesson.

So it's vital that as a group, you're ready with a VERY short script, two actors and two directors/producers.

Preliminary Exercise

You do NOT get assessed on this piece of production work, but you DO have to do it - it has to be on your blog within the next couple of weeks, and you have to have been a part of a group that has produced this exercise.

Below is one of the best clips from Luther Series 3, ep 1.  It's the opening scene and so has a lot of establishing responsibility - use this clip to complete a storyboard.

Be as detailed as you can - shot, angle, sound, editing etc

Here's the storyboard template - there'll always be hard copies in 08 so DO NOT PRINT MILLIONS OF THEM..

Try to get into the habit of storyboarding everything, every idea, every location shot etc - and posting them on your blogs
